UPDATE ON THE ISSUE: Today, for the first time, after the screen where it says “Finishing setup” a new sign that says “ Update is complete” appeared. I was very excited, though the issue was finally resolved. Nevertheless, to try it I played my first game against the AI and none of the AI’s pieces moved. On the screen, you could see the game, but none of the AI pieces were moving and responding to my moves.
After, as the website suggests I restarted both the app and the board. To the surprise when I connected the board again that the same issue that I had before persists! The screen freezes at “Finishing set up”.
What Can we do?! Are we going to have to wait for next update?! Is really sad to have bought something and have not been able to use it yet.
Please fix the problem.
