I’ve sent an email to support for a refund and support send me a Google forms link to fill in.
Until then, I had no news. I need to receive the label and print it before sending it back.

The problem is that DHL comes to my home to pickup the package but as I don’t have any document to show, they have to cancel the pickup.
I hope they can come again once I have received the pickup document.
