I’m having issue with my orders #200910244 and #200910262. I made both of these orders several weeks ago and still have not received a trackingID or status update. I’ve tried reaching out thru email to the support email, however, no one’s been responding to my last few emails. There was a change in shipping address that was suppose to happen for #200910244 but I have not received confirmation of this change.
I’ve been trying to escalate this for weeks since I’ll be moving out of state soon, meaning my near $500 order will just be sitting outside of an empty residence.
I am in need of an answer soon, or at least a status update. If not, then I’ll need to request a refund for both of my orders, as I’m now unsure as to legitimacy of purchasing thru here.
This has been a painful customer experience overall. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
