I just got my new board, I have tried to connect but everytime the firmware update runs the board isn’t able to complete and its stuck in limbo. Any ideas on what can be done?

Are new boards being testing prior to mailing? I ordered my board 4+ months ago (order #201212324) and I do not want to be sent a board that doesn’t work due to the update/grinding issue. Can the new boards be tested prior to shipment please?
