Is email the only way to contact folx here? I sent an email to see the status of my order. That went fine - except they sent me the wrong persons order number to update. The fixed that.
I then asked if it were possible to change the delivery address. I received an okay from one email, and less than 2 hours later an email saying they couldn’t and they were canceling my order (without a chance for me to respond and say “just mail it to the original address”). Bigger problem is the email both had order numbers that were not mine, and my current order number now shows the updated address. They have told me they’re processing the refund (I did it through Affirm, which is pretty much paid off) Thing is I do not want them to, and the order still shows as current!
Any way other than email to contact them, because this is a big friggin mess.
