I had the same experience. Yesterday every time I tried to connect to the board it would do an update, then say it was successful. Thy to connect and get the same thing over and over read your post this morning so crossed my fingers tried to connect and got the update page, but this time when the update was done I was able to connect and use the board. Thanks for posting. I had sent a note to the company through the app. Likely I would not have tried today were it not for your experience.
