We’ve looked into the logs and here’s whats happened - due to a bug at our end, an incorrect firmware has been uploaded on your chessboard. This is a rare situation which will be fixed very soon.
For your chessboard a simple re-upload of firmware should take care of all issues you mentioned.
Please give us a day and our support team will email you when your board can be uploaded with the correct firmware.

Each of our board labels and Serial Numbers are issued in batches, your board label was from the April batch.
At the start of the pandemic we had delays in our supply chain which caused delays in fulfilment.
You can be assured that your chessboard was delivered to you straight from the factory.
